Following on from January’s BBC Radio 3 New Year New Music concert, the LCO returned to St John at Hackney for Open Ear – a concert of contemporary music featuring pieces by Shiva Feshareki, Andrew Hamilton and Meredith Monk, as well as solo performances from Shiva Feshareki, composer and performer Neil Luck, and pianist Sarah Nicolls.
